Bookings & Appointments
​The Little Hair House is a locally run boutique salon. The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment with us we guarantee you this time and appointment with a fully qualified professional to take care of your hair needs. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us.
If you are going to be more than 15 mins late for your appt. you may be rescheduled if your time conflicts with the next scheduled customer.
A fee of $15.00 for the appointment time lost will be charged. Please be on time.
Redo & Exchange
In the rare event that you are unhappy with your cut or colour, we request that you advise us immediately so that we can create a suitable solution. Clients who advise that they are unhappy with their hair seven (7) or more days after their appointment will have their hair “corrected” at their own expense. This does not apply to a change of mind and you will be charged accordingly at our discretion
We have put in extensive amounts of research and trialling & training into our products to find a range that will best suit all your hair needs. We are confident that our recommended products will work for your hair. After purchasing a product from TLHH, if after 2 washes you are not satisfied with the products, you may exchange them for another product of the similar value. Please note, we do not provide refunds of any kind. * we reserve the right to refuse exchange if product is damaged or an unreasonable amount of product has been used.
Children
As a courtesy to other salon clients, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. This is also in the interest of their safety.

We will never share your private information with any individual or company unless where permitted or required to by law..
